Fill up on fresh air

Arrive by bus to the Stelvio Pass (2,757 m), the highest Italian pass. Once at the top, walk down the wide path that climbs up to the Garibaldi Peak (2,843 m). Advance on the slightly downhill trail n. 20 up to the Forcola mountain hut, above Trafoi, ideal for a break to contemplate the marvellous Mt. Ortler. Then, take path n. 17 to reach Trafoi and from there take the public bus to go back to your starting point.
